About Us

Remembering When is the brainchild of husband and wife team Neil Mattingley and Ayomi Perera of Perth, Western Australia. 

The two former school teachers sought to create a company that draws on their passions of History and Scrapbooking.

Neil has an Honours degree in History. He was an integral part of the Scotch College History Department from 1995 until 2005.

Ayomi's passion for scrapbooking has evolved as a result of documenting the lives of their two young children.

We know that in this modern age, where the family unit has, to a degree, been affected by the fast pace of life, our products can serve as a substitute for the way that families traditionally transferred their stories - such as over the dinner table and at family gatherings.
